Stranger’s Love

He stepped outside to take a break

From the dreary dead-end of his home

Dry, airless, flat, feelingless

He needed to have a breath of love again

And for that he would have to scour the streets

Knocking on the faces of strangers

Their foreign faces flashing

Fleeting impossibilities of love
